Everything you need to know about managing your HR360 account, tracking attendance, and troubleshooting.

Account & Password

To maintain system security, HR360 currently requires an Administrator to verify your identity before resetting a password. Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to jancliffordmedina@gmail.com with the subject line "Password Reset Request."
  2. Include your Full Name and Employee ID in the message.
  3. Alternatively, you may message the Admin directly on Facebook for faster verification.

Note: Never share your current password with anyone, even the administrator.

Once logged in, go to "Settings" > "My Profile." You can update your contact number, emergency contact, and profile picture. Changes to your Job Title or Employee ID must be requested through HR.

Attendance & Kiosk

Logs from the Kiosk Attendance link may take up to 60 seconds to sync with your employee dashboard. If it does not appear after 5 minutes, please refresh your page or contact IT.
Yes. The Kiosk system is mobile-responsive. Ensure that you allow "Location Access" if prompted, as some HR policies require GPS verification during Clock-In/Out.

Tasks & Workflow

The HR360 system sends an In-App Notification (bell icon) and an automated email to your registered address whenever a task or goal is assigned by the Admin.
Overdue tasks will be highlighted in red on your dashboard. Both you and your HR Supervisor will receive a summary report of pending/overdue tasks every Monday morning.
