HR360 is primarily cloud-based, accessible from any modern browser. Enterprise clients can also request a dedicated server or on-premise deployment for full control over their infrastructure.

Yes. HR360 is proudly made in the Philippines and includes built-in support for Philippine government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th month pay, and local tax computations — all in compliance with current regulations.

The biometric kiosk uses AI-powered face recognition to verify employee identity in real time. Employees simply look at the kiosk to clock in/out. This eliminates buddy punching and time fraud, and gives HR real-time visibility of who is on-site.

Absolutely. HR360 automatically computes:

Starter and Professional are one-time payments — you own the license. This includes 1 year of free support and updates. After the first year, optional maintenance and support renewals are available at a discounted rate.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Professional or Enterprise at any time. We'll credit your existing license toward the new plan. Contact our sales team for a smooth migration.

No hidden fees. The quoted price covers the full license and 1 year of support/updates. Any optional add-ons (custom development, dedicated server, etc.) are only applicable to Enterprise and are quoted upfront.

Yes. HR360 uses industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and role-based access control. Data is backed up regularly, and Enterprise clients can opt for a dedicated server for maximum isolation and control.

Access is strictly role-based. Only authorized HR admins can view payroll, 201 files, and salary history. Employees see only their own information through the Self-Service Portal. Every action is logged for accountability.

Yes — your data is 100% yours. HR360 lets you export reports and records (CSV / Excel / PDF) anytime. If you discontinue the service, we can provide a full data export.

All plans include 1 year of free support and updates. Professional and Enterprise plans include 24/7 priority support. Enterprise clients also get a dedicated account manager and onsite training sessions.

Typical setup is 1–2 weeks, including data migration, configuration, and training. Fill out our onboarding questionnaire so we can tailor the process to your company. Enterprise deployments may take longer depending on customization.
